Client was charged with a DUI and Refusal.  After working up the case, Attorney Bauer found a legal defect with the breath test process.  The defect was based on the right in Alaska to an independent chemical test. A motion was filed on behalf of the client.  The DA sent an email notifying attorney Bauer that they were dismissing the case.
