Our client was charged with a DUI.  During the investigation/review of the States evidence, Attorney Bauer was able to determine that the evidence gathered at the time of arrest was faulty.  After pointing this information to the State this case was dismissed.  By getting case dismissed, client avoiding having a revocation on his driver's record.
